Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location, making it convenient for exploring Paris and accessing nearby attractions, restaurants, and metro stations. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests singling out individual team members for exceptional service. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many reviews noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Comfortable beds and quality amenities contributed to a pleasant stay. However, a few guests mentioned noise from the metro and some issues with air conditioning or value for price, but these were outweighed by the positives.

Pros (+) Amazing location, walking distance to all the key sights and next to the metro for ease of transport including to the Eurostar. Couldn't fault service, ambience, cleanliness, modernity. So much nicer than a chain hotel. Close to a pret for coffee and some great pastry shops. Would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.
