Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, especially its proximity to major transport hubs like train and metro stations, making it convenient for travel. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, service, and amenities. Complaints included unhelpful or rude staff, poor room maintenance, malfunctioning or tiny elevators, and problems with basic facilities such as hot water, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel falls short in service and cleanliness.
