Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to major attractions like the Louvre, restaurants, and public transport. Cleanliness and room quality received mixed reviews—some found rooms clean and comfortable, while others noted unpleasant odors and occasional cleanliness issues. Service varied: several staff members, especially Daria and Laurine, were highlighted for their helpfulness, but there were also reports of rude or unprofessional staff and mistakes with room access. Many guests found the rooms small, and the lack of an elevator was a common complaint, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Overall, the location is the hotel's standout feature, but improvements in service consistency, cleanliness, and amenities would enhance the guest experience.
