Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the metro, shops, and Paris landmarks, as well as the vibrant neighborhood. The staff received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and making guests feel welcome and special. Many found the rooms clean and the atmosphere cozy and unique. However, some guests noted small room sizes and the lack of an elevator, especially for upper floors, as drawbacks. A few negative experiences were reported regarding booking and room allocation, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.
