The staff received high marks for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing positively to many guests' experiences. However, several reviews highlighted issues with amenities, particularly the lack of air conditioning, small or outdated rooms, and occasional cleanliness concerns. Some guests also noted that the hotel did not always match online photos, and a few found the facilities in need of renovation.
