The service was frequently described as friendly and helpful, with staff going out of their way to assist guests. Cleanliness was also a highlight, with many reviews mentioning tidy, well-maintained rooms. While the comfort of the beds and the overall atmosphere were appreciated by several guests, there were some minor issues with breakfast variety and room amenities.
