Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and its proximity to public transport, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many also complimented the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as insufficient cleaning, stains, and dust. Noise from inside and outside the hotel was a common complaint, affecting sleep quality for some guests. Additionally, some found the rooms to be small and in need of maintenance or updates. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness, noise insulation, and room size are needed.
