Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable beds. Many appreciated the proximity to metro stations and attractions, as well as the overall atmosphere. However, several guests were disappointed with the spa and wellness facilities, citing issues such as poor maintenance, strong chlorine smell, or limited access. Room size and lack of certain amenities like a fridge were also mentioned as drawbacks by some guests. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with many recommending the hotel for its convenience and welcoming service.
