Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, as well as the wide range of amenities, especially pools and slides that are great for families and children. The cleanliness and food quality received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others expecting more. Room sizes and comfort were sometimes found lacking, particularly for the price paid. Overall, the hotel is seen as a fun, family-friendly destination with standout service and facilities, though there is room for improvement in food variety, cleanliness, and room comfort.
