Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and good value for the price, especially for budget travelers. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including reports of cockroaches and unclean rooms. Service was often described as unprofessional or unfriendly, with language barriers and unhelpful staff noted. Breakfast quality was generally considered poor, and there were several complaints about noisy or malfunctioning air conditioning. Overall, while the hotel is affordable and well-located, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality.
