Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many finding it convenient for both city access and airport proximity. Some guests appreciated the comfortable and clean rooms, as well as friendly staff in certain cases. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, particularly at reception, and issues with breakfast quality and variety. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but not outstanding, with some areas needing improvement. Overall, while the location and room comfort were highlights, service and breakfast could be improved.
