Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's spacious rooms and the beautiful pool area, which was especially popular with families and children. Many appreciated the amenities like the kitchen in the villas and the convenience of poolside snacks. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness issues, such as stained linens and garbage left in rooms, as well as negative experiences with customer service, including slow check-ins and unhelpful staff. Some guests also mentioned that the hotel could use some updates and that service was inconsistent. Overall, while the pool and room size were highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
