My husband and I booked this hotel for a two night stay in Palm Springs. Luckily we booked a refundable room. The receptionist refused to let us look at a room before we checked in. The pool was dirty. There were a lot of people hanging around the parking lot to where we didn't feel comfortable leaving our van

Room are clean and comfortable, it's a little noisy especially if you have a room with a connecting door.. (you can really hear everything). Pros (+) Convenient location. Wifi not included & have to pay for it separately. Friendly people at the front desk.
Cons (-) Too expensive & not worth the money. The room smelled like dirty toilet when I walked in. Not enough ventilation. The shower curtain smelled like dirty wet old towel that hasn't been washed for weeks. The top blanket on the bed had oil stain - gross!

Wonderful
Slpy, Mar 2017
Pros (+) I was originally disappointed because I thought I had made a reservation at the Motel 6 Downtown and this one is further from the restaurants. That changed the second I walked in the office door. The staff was super friendly and the rooms have all been upgraded. The other location is a dump compared to this one. My new favorite!!
Cons (-) I liked everything!
