Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and enjoyed the pool facilities, which were a highlight for many, especially families. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness and maintenance, as well as inconsistent service, particularly with room cleaning and staff attitude. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and appreciated amenities like spacious rooms and good breakfast, others experienced problems such as slow service, poor WiFi, and maintenance issues in rooms and bathrooms. Overall, the location and pool stood out as the main positives, but improvements are needed in service and cleanliness.
