Guests say
Most guests highlighted the exceptionally helpful and courteous staff, along with the hotel's beautiful location near nature and the river. Many enjoyed the breakfast and food quality, and found the property clean and convenient. However, several reviews noted that the rooms are small and not always as advertised, and some felt the hotel was overpriced for the value offered. A few guests reported issues with maintenance, cleanliness, and food hygiene, but overall, the positive service and location stood out.

Wonderful

Loved the hotel. Loved Pahalgam. Love Kashmiri people. So much trash all over the otherwise pristine landscape though - plastic bottles and plastic bags in particular. Not Kashmiri people’s fault though, it’s the many obnoxious Indian tourists from the rest of the country.
