Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, cleanliness, and breakfast options, noting that rooms were modern and comfortable. However, many reviews highlighted recurring problems with the elevators, including frequent breakdowns and long waits, which caused inconvenience, especially for guests with luggage or mobility issues. Some guests also mentioned issues with service, particularly at the front desk, citing poor communication and unfriendly staff. Overall, while the hotel excels in cleanliness, location, and breakfast, elevator reliability and service could be improved.
