Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to key attractions and convenience for exploring the area. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness, and several guests appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities. However, a major recurring complaint was the elevator being out of service, which caused significant inconvenience, especially for those with mobility issues or rooms on higher floors. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Overall, the positives centered on location, service, and cleanliness, but the elevator issue was a notable drawback.
