Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many mentioning its proximity to shops, restaurants, and the interstate. Some guests found the beds comfortable and the property clean in certain areas. However, there were significant complaints about cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, towels, and bathrooms, as well as outdated furniture and unpleasant odors. Service was frequently criticized, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff, overcharging, and poor communication. Several guests were disappointed by the lack of included breakfast and other amenities, such as a closed restaurant, bar, pool, and gym. Pros (+) There was no breakfast available, which I understand is a global pandemic but felt that was really odd. Other places have had grab and go breakfast.

Pros (+) The room and the bed were very good and comfortable The bar service in the lobby and the young man serving were fantastic I would go back just based on that. Need a good drink at end of the day. Would offer better "Bar" food though
