Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mentioned the cleanliness of the hotel, with several reviews highlighting clean rooms and a fresh appearance. Many found the beds comfortable and the location convenient, especially for highway access and proximity to attractions. However, there were repeated complaints about the pool and hot tub being closed or overcrowded, disappointing guests who specifically chose the hotel for these amenities. Service was a common issue, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff, slow check-in, and problems with amenities such as towels and room supplies. Despite these negatives, positive experiences with friendly staff and overall cleanliness stood out for many guests.
