Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's pools and hot springs, describing them as a major highlight with beautiful landscaping and a variety of options. The breakfast consistently received high marks for quality and variety, and the location was noted as convenient and scenic. Many guests appreciated the amenities, including robes, towels, and in-room features, as well as the overall cleanliness of the property. While there were some complaints about outdated rooms, extra charges, and occasional service issues, the positives far outweighed the negatives for most visitors.

Pros (+) I liked that we were able to use the hot springs and pool whenever we wanted with the 24 hour access. However, the lights turned off after midnight and it was difficult to see where the pool and the outdoor hot spring was.
Cons (-) When we booked our trip, we thought that we would be staying at the hotel- we ended up staying at the condos down the road from the hotel. At first we were excited that we will have access to a full kitchen and living room as well as a hot tub. Once we had booked, we learned that we would have to pay additional money in order to use the hotel's hot springs and have breakfast. Once we arrived and c...

Pros (+) I love that the pool and hot tubs are available to use 24 hours. The free hot breakfast is great! There is laundry on site, as well as a gym. There's also free wifi and it's pretty good as long as the weather isn't too bad. Same for the satellite tv.
Cons (-) Not all rooms are the same! At first we were put into a very small room with the tv beside the bed, instead of across. I did not like that at all. But the staff was very nice and we were able to switch rooms. Parking may be an issue if the lodge is fully booked.
