Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guest experiences at this hotel are highly polarized. Many reviews highlight serious issues such as poor cleanliness, noise, safety hazards, lack of amenities, and disappointing or missing breakfast. Several guests noted the hotel is under renovation, with many facilities unavailable or in poor condition. However, some guests appreciated the convenient location, especially for events at the nearby airport, and a few found the rooms clean and the staff friendly. Positive remarks about comfortable beds and quiet surroundings were also mentioned, but these were less frequent than the negative comments. The value for price was questioned by some, especially during events. In summary, while the location is a strong point, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and overall maintenance to meet guest expectations.

Pros (+) Pet-friendly
Cons (-) Staff walks around with no shoes - unsanitary. Felt like a run-down, sleaze bag hotel. Key cards didnt work half the time. Tub had holes and didn't drain well at all. Television remote was troublesome to get to work. "Continental Breakfast" was a complete joke! Felt like I was over-charged for the quality of this place. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning, nor would I recommend this pla...
