Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently complained about poor cleanliness, with many describing rooms as dirty, smelly, or run down. Some guests felt unsafe due to the surrounding area and presence of homeless people. However, positive remarks were made about the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the breakfast, which several guests found enjoyable. The location was considered convenient by some, but opinions varied. Overall, while service and breakfast received praise, cleanliness and safety were major concerns.
