Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location near stations, shops, and restaurants. Many appreciated the well-equipped amenities, including the spa, sauna, and gym. While the rooms and public areas were generally described as comfortable and stylish, some guests noted issues with bathroom size, cleanliness, and noise from air conditioning or nearby trains. Overall, the positive experiences with service, amenities, and location outweighed the negatives.
