Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the spacious rooms and the high level of service provided by the staff. Many reviews highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, several guests were disappointed with the hotel's location, noting that it is far from the city center and not well connected by public transport. Another common complaint was the extra charge and limited access to the pool, which some felt was unfair or inconvenient. Overall, while the hotel excels in room size and service, its location and pool policies received criticism.
