Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and access to public transportation. Cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff were also highlighted as strong positives. Many found the hotel to offer good value for the price. However, several guests noted that the rooms are on the smaller side, and noise from other guests or the street could be an issue for some. Overall, the hotel is considered a great choice for its location, cleanliness, and service, especially for travelers prioritizing convenience and affordability.

Very good
Chloe, Jun 2017
Pros (+) Only a few steps from the subway, Hotel Sun White is a good base for exploring Osaka. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, new towels and amenities were left daily, and it had a decent-sized fridge.
Cons (-) Rooms are very small, with not a lot of storage space, and anyone over 6 feet (185cm) won't be able to stand up in the shower. The windows don't open so it can get a little stuffy, but there's A/C.
