Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Dotonbori and public transport, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to amenities. Many guests highlight the spaciousness of the rooms, which are considered large by Japanese standards and comfortable for groups or families. The hotel is also frequently described as offering good value for the price, particularly for budget travelers. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning poor cleaning standards, outdated facilities, and occasional unpleasant odors. While some staff interactions are positive, there are also complaints about service quality. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location, room size, and affordability, but could improve in cleanliness and facility maintenance.
