Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near metro stations and key city areas, as well as its clean rooms and facilities. Many found the staff polite and helpful, though some experienced language barriers or limited front desk hours. Several reviews mention strict or inconvenient policies, such as restricted access during certain hours and additional charges for amenities. Breakfast quality and privacy concerns, especially regarding CCTV, were notable negatives. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, but overall, the value and cleanliness stand out as positives.
