Pros (+) Beautiful lake views. My room was comfortable and had a fridge and microwave. The balcony with nice deck chairs was a great bonus!
Cons (-) The property is due for a renovation but it was not in terrible shape. The elevator and stairwell could have used a good cleaning but the room and hallways were ok.

Cons (-) The building wasn't well kept. You could feel the springs in the mattress.
