Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's convenient location, cleanliness, and impressive amenities such as restaurants, pools, and beautiful grounds. Many found the rooms comfortable and the atmosphere peaceful. However, parking was a major negative, with guests citing high costs, distance from the hotel, and lack of shuttle service. Service experiences were mixed, with some staff members being helpful and others less welcoming. Overall, the positives of the hotel outweighed the negatives for most guests.

Heather, Jun 2026
I stay here often and this time was in town visiting a family member at Orlando Health in ICU. I decided the 20 minute commute would be worth it so that I could stay where I am treated like family. The bartender Kimberly coupled with a beautiful hotel is what keeps me coming back every time. Thank you.

Gerard, Apr 2026
Staff are superb, no doubt about that, but really old school Florida hotel style, will nickel and dime for everything. What hotel still charges for phone calls (who uses the hotel phone anyway) the internet and even use of the gym! Mini bar menu in the room, but no mini bar. Shower built for people 5.6’ and under and don’t let the room get to warm, the windows don’t open and the room smells funky ...

Pros (+) Love the hotel, the staff were attentive and the restaurant options are plentiful.
Cons (-) The air conditioner in my room went on every 15 minutes and it was loud enough to way me up several times.

Jared, Oct 2019
Pros (+) My family and I were out late at the parks catch, so it was nice to be able to come back and use the 24hr marketplace for small food and drink before bedtime for our son.
Cons (-) Upon arrival Friday night, I noticed a Comet spray bottle left on the bathroom counter from housekeeping staff. I went and placed it in the closet out of reach of my five-year-old child. Early the next morning before departing for the theme parks, I presented this issue in person to the front desk staff. They were empathetic to the situation and said that they would put in a maintenance request to...

Anonymous, Mar 2019
Pros (+) Facilities, staff, and experience was great
Cons (-) The pizza you serve out of the 24 hour cafe downstairs is probably one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Cheap, frozen par-baked crust with flavourless toppings and easily 100% more expensive than you can find elsewhere. Absolutely something your executive chef and director of food and beverage should be ashamed of putting in front of guests.
