Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to attractions, restaurants, and Universal Studios. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, old carpets, and inconsistent housekeeping. Service received mixed feedback, with several guests mentioning unprofessional or unfriendly staff, slow check-in, and communication barriers. Bed comfort was also a concern for some, with complaints about small or uncomfortable beds. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, improvements in cleanliness, service, and bed comfort are needed.

It's an amazing place, very clean and well-kept. They respond quickly to requests. One caveat is paid parking and a paid breakfast.

I also loved the views from the 9th floor I could see downtown Orlando, universal and surrounding areas. I usually stay at highe...

Pros (+) The hotel was very well maintained and clean. It has been recently remodeled, and everything seemed fresh. The staff was very nice and helpful. It is very close to Universal Studios. We could see the Volcano directly across I-4 from our room. We were on the 9th floor, and the view was great.
