Pros: Location was ok. Breakfast was good and included. Omelet station was great. Rooms are large. Cons: Rooms are very dated. Popcorn ceilings, old and torn bed bases, pictures and tile in bathrooms were peeling. Windows are not clear because they are so old so there is a film on them. Heat in room was not working, engineer was called two times and we were only there for two nights. Asked to be m...

Very good
Anonymous, Feb 2017
Pros (+) For the most part, hotel staff is well trained and professional.
Cons (-) Asked to arrange for a taxi at a specific time the following morning. The next morning, the 'taxi' turned out to be a Suburban with some connection to the hotel with an 'unknown' price. When I objected and said that I felt mislead, the staff called a trusted regular taxi service that put me behind schedule.

Pros (+) Room was clean and Complementary breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Not informed that the pool and hot tub were not available prior to booking. Ice machine not working on my floor. had to pay addition fees for parking and resort fee. For what? There was no resort!

Cons (-) The hotel was fine, but the pool was out of order that was NOT noted on KAYAK website. We picked this hotel specifically because the weather was supposed to be bad and it had an indoor pool, so that was a big bummer. The evening reception was nice, free drinks and snacks, and the staff they had working was terrific. Our tub did not work for baths, we asked for maintenance to come by with a plug. t...
