Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests found the hotel's location convenient, especially for downtown access and proximity to local attractions. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests describing dirty rooms, unclean common areas, and poor housekeeping. Parking was another major concern, with many guests frustrated by high fees, unclear policies, and malfunctioning garage gates. Service also received criticism, with reports of unfriendly or unhelpful staff and poor communication. While a few guests praised the pool, breakfast, and comfortable rooms, negative experiences with cleanliness, parking, and service were common.

Everything is crummy about this place. No coffee in the lobby. No food. No service. Just a crummy rundown room

Cons (-) No food or bar open so a little inconvenient but it is what it is.

Pros (+) The room was nice and in good condition. View was good too. Good location right off Route 4 and close to shops and restaurants.
Cons (-) Walls are way too thin. Even on an upgraded floor, we could everything our neighbors said. For a business location mixed with leisure, it was impossible to sleep through our neighbors late night escapades.

Pros (+) Hotel was clean and comfortable. I will stay again for Amway Center events and access to Church Street.
Cons (-) You are going to pay 18.00 to park.

Pros (+) The view was really nice, and was comfortable but that was about it.
Cons (-) First of all the staff was awful, it was the day before of my wedding and me and my friends had a lot of luggage and nobody that worked at the hotel helped us they saw us but did not do anything to help us with the luggage. Second there was no fridge at the room my flowers were dying and last one the room was dirty, I don't like it at all and I don't recommend this hotel.
