Guests consistently praised the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the hotel's convenient location and satisfying breakfast options. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including reports of bed bugs, mold, unpleasant odors, and general lack of maintenance in rooms and bathrooms. Some guests also noted that the property is dated and in need of renovation.
