Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, proximity to attractions, and pleasant views, making it convenient for city visits. However, many reviews highlight issues with cleanliness, especially in the pool and some rooms, as well as problems with the pool's maintenance and facilities. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it disorganized or lacking variety. Service is often described as understaffed or unhelpful, though a few guests found the staff courteous and responsive. Overall, while the location and some amenities are appreciated, improvements in cleanliness, pool maintenance, and service are needed.
