Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport and the complimentary shuttle service. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the amenities such as air conditioning and free water. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, slow or unhelpful service, and outdated facilities. Some guests also noted that the restaurant staff could be unfriendly and food options were limited or expensive. Overall, while the hotel is valued for its practicality and location, improvements are needed in cleanliness and service quality.

Cons (-) We were there in early October, a pleasantly warm day outside, but apparently not normal for the time of year. The Air Conditioner system for the hotel was already set to heat. We were told nothing could be done so we just baked in the room. Eventually we insisted on a fan which they provided a couple of hours later. Staff had an awful attitude.
