Most guests were highly dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting dirty rooms, presence of bugs, and unpleasant odors. Service was also frequently criticized, with complaints about unhelpful staff and poor housekeeping. While a few guests mentioned the location as convenient and some found the beds acceptable, the overall value for the price was considered poor due to the substandard conditions. Only a handful of reviews noted any positive experiences, such as friendly staff or a clean room, but these were exceptions.
