Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Ooty, with restaurants and attractions nearby. Many reviewers found the staff friendly and helpful, and several mentioned clean, comfortable rooms. However, there are recurring complaints about poor value for money, lack of amenities such as toiletries and parking, and inconsistent cleanliness. Some guests experienced issues with service, including slow housekeeping and unresponsive staff. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are appreciated, improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and value are needed.
