Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, gardens, and vintage atmosphere, as well as the quality and taste of the food, including breakfast. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including understaffing, unhelpful or disinterested staff, and delays. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the property clean and well-maintained, while others noted areas needing improvement, especially in bathrooms and older rooms. Value for money was a concern for several guests, who felt that the facilities and service did not justify the price. Overall, while the property's ambiance and food were appreciated, improvements in service and maintenance are needed.
