Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and accommodating staff, and enjoyable breakfast offerings. However, several reviews expressed concerns about cleanliness, with reports of dirty bathrooms, outdated rooms, pest sightings, and insufficient housekeeping. While the service was generally well-regarded, there were isolated incidents of unhelpful or rude staff. Overall, the positives centered on location, staff, and breakfast, but cleanliness and maintenance issues were recurring negatives.

Cons (-) The rooms were dirty, had fresh paint and fresh paint smell. Dirty old mattresses, air conditioning and thermostat were not working. Rooms weren’t completely renovated and should have not been available for use.

Pros (+) Nothing to like. We booked the trip through kayak the 1st of January on the day we were supposed to arrive at the hotel as we're driving from Arizona to California the hotel calls and says so sorry we're overbooked you have no room I had previously call them 3 days before 2 announce our arrival time no indication they're going to do something so underhanded because kayak booked it for them we prob...

Pros (+) Staff and location are okay, but that doesn’t compensate for all the bad things about this hotel.
Cons (-) We’ve never stayed in a hotel this dirty. The sheets were stained, carpet in the hallways weren’t vacuumed, dust everywhere in the room, old and very used furniture in the rooms, rusty shower head are just a couple of examples. No heat in the room - there was a unit but the controls were missing. I wouldn’t call the breakfast included a breakfast - it’s more of a snack.

Cons (-) No towels in room on arrival. Had to call four times to finally get them. Once they were delivered, 2 of the towels were clearly dirty with lipstick stains. GROSS. Room smelled like smoke even though was a nonsmoking room.
