Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's spectacular location with breathtaking views, particularly of the Seto Inland Sea and surrounding islands. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, even when language barriers existed. Many guests enjoyed the traditional and delicious meals, including breakfast and dinner. While the public bath and onsen facilities were appreciated, some guests noted the hotel is dated, with small rooms, cleanliness issues, and worn facilities. The steep hill to the hotel was a challenge for cyclists, but shuttle service was helpful. Overall, the positives of the view, service, and food far outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
