Pros (+) Nothing. They had canceled our reservation. Stood in line for half an hour to find that out.
Cons (-) They could have had more than 1 person checking people in. I was lucky it only took half an hour to find out I didn't have a room. There was a long line of people behind me trying to get checked in. They had a big event being held there. They needed more staff.

Cons (-) Place is showing it's age - things falling apart. Not worth the price we paid.

Pros (+) Breakfast was nice, when they would allow us to eat. They failed to mention the first day that if we didn't book through their hotel website we didn't get complimentary breakfast. The sheets and comforter had what looked to be blood stains on them when we arrived.

Cons (-) Stayed here for a New Year's Eve party. This former Hilton Hotel of yesteryear is one old tired dog.
