Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to downtown, malls, restaurants, and essential amenities. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and professional, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Cleanliness is generally well-regarded, with several reviews noting tidy and comfortable rooms. However, noise issues—stemming from both the air conditioning units and hallway disturbances—are a common complaint, as is the limited parking availability. Despite some operational shortcomings and occasional negative experiences, most guests find the hotel offers good value and a pleasant stay overall.
