Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near highways and gas stations, as well as reasonable pricing in some cases. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unsympathetic or unfriendly staff, and problems with cleanliness such as odors, mold, and poorly maintained rooms. The breakfast was frequently criticized for its lack of variety and quality, and several guests found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location and price were positives for some, the hotel received numerous complaints about service, cleanliness, and amenities.
