Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay, citing severe cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, bad odors, roaches, and stained linens. Many also complained about poor service, including unhelpful staff, misleading advertising, and problems with check-in or payment. Additionally, advertised amenities like breakfast, pool, and Wi-Fi were often missing or not as described. Only a few reviews mentioned helpful staff or good prices, but these positives were far outweighed by the negatives.
