Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, comfortable beds, and good value for money. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, unpleasant odors, and lack of proper maintenance. Service was also criticized, with complaints about unhelpful or absent staff, language barriers, and slow check-in. While some guests appreciated the friendly staff and helpful service, negative experiences with reception and housekeeping were common. Overall, the positives centered on location and value, but cleanliness and service need improvement.
