Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and city exploration. Many highlighted the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Some appreciated the spaciousness of the accommodations and the unique historic atmosphere. However, a few guests noted issues such as lack of certain amenities (like refrigerators, kettles, or slippers), occasional maintenance problems, and rare concerns about value for price.
