Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, noting its proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and local attractions. Many also enjoyed the pool and related amenities. However, frequent complaints were raised about expensive and limited parking, issues with cleanliness in rooms and common areas, and inconsistent service from staff. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and appreciated helpful staff, others experienced maintenance problems, outdated furnishings, and poor housekeeping. Overall, the location and pool were highlights, but improvements are needed in parking, cleanliness, and service.
