Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and friendly, helpful staff, with several reviews highlighting positive experiences at check-in and with customer service. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for many, with repeated reports of roaches and other cleanliness issues in rooms and some public areas. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking in quality or variety. While the hotel offers good value and comfortable beds for some, the negative experiences with pests and cleanliness affected the overall impression for a number of guests.
