Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests experienced significant issues with service, such as long wait times for check-in, unresponsive or absent staff, and communication difficulties. Cleanliness was a frequent concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, stained linens, and maintenance problems. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating the variety and taste, while others found it lacking or had issues with availability. Bed comfort and location were mentioned neutrally, with some positive remarks about comfortable beds and convenient proximity to amenities, but these were not universally praised. Overall, while a few guests highlighted helpful staff and good breakfast, the hotel struggled with service and cleanliness.
