Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing attractions. Many appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and found them comfortable and well-equipped. However, the lack of an elevator was a frequent complaint, especially for those with heavy luggage or rooms on higher floors. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests highlighting friendly and helpful staff, while others experienced issues with communication or housekeeping. Breakfast options were noted as adequate but not exceptional, with some guests preferring more variety or a buffet. Overall, the hotel was seen as offering good value for its prime location and clean accommodations.
